Three steps, then you are listed
Basics
A name and two dates are all that is required. The facility fills itself in for a single-venue club. A starter description, refund policy and weather note are written for you, and every field is editable later.
Events
Tap the events you are running: Men's, Women's and Mixed Doubles, Singles. They are pre-selected to fit the length of the tournament and scheduled onto the right days. Tick one box and every default bracket is generated too.
Review and create
Check it, pay the $25 setup fee, and the tournament is listed in search and on the home page. Open registration whenever you are ready.

Default brackets in one click
A standard set of rating and age divisions, each defaulting to pool play with a crossover playoff. Change the type, pool size or playoff format on any of them.

Auto-schedule with a preview
Courts come from your facility in one step. Auto-schedule assigns every match to a court and a time slot, you preview it, and you can still move any match by hand.

The desk, the queue and the scores, live
The tournament desk runs on a phone or a tablet. Players see the same thing in the app, on the wrist, and on the live board.
Court queue
Ready matches flow onto courts as they free up. USA Pickleball's ten-minute rest minimum is enforced automatically, players get an ETA for their next match, and a queue-pace report tells you whether you will finish on time.
Check-in that happens by itself
Desk check-in, self check-in, or geofenced check-in when a player arrives at the venue. A reminder goes out about two hours before their first match.
Live scoring and a live board
Scores entered on court appear everywhere at once. Each court and each match can carry its own YouTube live-stream link.
Announcements
One message goes out as a banner in the app, an email and a push notification. Rain delay, court change, lunch: everyone hears it once.
Substitutes and waitlists
A late scratch becomes an invitation to a substitute, who accepts by email and inherits the entry. Waitlists cap and fill themselves.
Refunds and reports
A withdrawn player stays marked as paid until you issue the refund, so you always know who is owed. Refund, queue-pace and results reports are built in.
